PICTURES: Pictures of students and/or their arts would be taken either in group or individually from time to time as deemed. These pictures if needed would be used for print, digital media or website. Studio nafisa has the copyrights to all the works created in the studio and using them for commercial purposes.

WAIVER: I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian for my child(ren). In case of an emergency involving me or my child, I understand that every effort will be made to contact the individual listed as the emergency contact person. In the event that this person cannot be reached, I hereby give my permission for any staff, representatives and employees associated with studio nafisa to seek and give appropriate medical attention for our child(ren) in the event of accident, injury, illness. I will be responsible for any and all costs associated with any necessary medical attention and/or treatment.

I hereby waive, release and forever discharge the owner, staff, representatives and employees of studio nafisa from all rights and claims for damages, injury, loss to person or property which may be sustained or occur during participation in classes, camps, birthdays and any other activity at studio nafisa, whether or not damages or loss is due to negligence.

I specifically waive any right to any compensation for the use of pictures taken at studio nafisa.
