Canvas Tales

Join us as we create and paint our very own stories with each scene set to canvas!

We’ll explore the animal world of award winning children book author and illustrator, Eric Carle. Creator of the popular books, The Very Hungry Caterpillar and The Grouchy Ladybug, Eric Carle is known the world over for his mix of playful story lines and a wildly colorful style.  

 

Each week, this class will use an array of acrylic/watercolor paint, oil pastels and mixed media techniques to re-create this magic and bring our own characters to life in a fresh and engaging way. Kids walk away with their story on 6 10x10 canvases.
